Our services
Stanlake provides a confidential and highly personalized service that is tailored to meet the needs of each individual employer (client). This is achieved through an extensive network, referrals and maintenance of a significant database containing over 3,500 fully screened candidates. Equally important, each new mandate is accompanied by a proactive, well targeted field search.
Our service also includes:
- Careful, face-to-face interviewing and screening of all candidates
- Interview facilities for client's use
- Industry specific experience and knowledge
- Negotiating and closing the terms of employment
- Thorough reference checks upon client's request
We offer two levels of service:
1. Contingency-based search
Contingency search is our basic service and is the most frequently used. When working on a contingency, we fulfill our client's recruitment needs before we bill for our service. There is no cost to your firm until you hire one of our referred candidates. All candidates are provided on a non-exclusive basis.
Billing procedure
We charge a percentage of the first year's basic annual salary. No fee is required until you decide to hire our candidate. The invoice is issued on the candidate's first working day with the client and is due within fourteen days. Typically, all expenses are covered by the fee.
2. Retained search
We recommend this solution for filling senior-level positions within your organisation. Typically, these positions are critical to the overall success of your operation, such as CEO, President, COO, CFO, CIO and CTO. The selection of this service enables us to undertake an intensive, highly targeted and focused recruitment effort, working very closely with the line manager and/or human resources manager.
Billing procedure
This type of service involves working on an exclusive contract basis with the client. Typically, a fixed/flat fee is determined and agreed after the initial assessment with the client. All expenses require approval by the employer. A nonrefundable retainer equal to 1/3 of the established fee initiates the services. The second 1/3 is payable after the shortlist has been produced and at least one or more interviews have occurred. The final 1/3 contingent is paid when a referred candidate commences employment.
