Born in New York of Dutch mother and Italian diplomat father, Guido Egidi has lived in Canada, Portugal, France, Belgium, and Holland. Currently he makes his home in London and Italy.

Expertise:	Guido has a total of 20 years experience within the financial IT industry. In the last 12 years he has specialised in the recruitment of IT professionals for both the buy and sell-side vendors of business systems and related data applications. His primary focus has and continues to be the buy-side vendor and consultancy sector. His expertise encompasses front to back-office investment modules, straight through processing, compliance, order management and portfolio management. He covers a wide range of industry specialists with business management, sales, product management, implementation and business analysis experience. Born in the UK to Italian parents, Antonio has lived and worked in England and Italy . Currently he resides in Berkshire , England .

During his career in London he has specialised in providing IT Software and Market Data solutions to the buy and sell-side financial institutions, and private client brokers. Before coming into the Financial IT industry, he spent two years working in the UK and Italy providing specialised database solutions covering industry standards, metallurgy and European law to Italian blue chip companies and law firms, governmental departments and universities. His primary focus are the sell-side IT vendors and market data providers. His experience covers front to middle-office applications and solutions, straight through processing, electronic trading and connectivity, compliance and operational and investment risk. He handles a diverse range of industry specialists with business management, sales, product management, implementation and business and IT analysis experience.
